Black Russian Grilled Cheese is the kind of sandwich that feels both classic and a little bit rebellious. Thick‑cut pumpernickel brings that deep, malty richness; Black Forest ham adds smoky sweetness; and Brie melts into a lush, velvety layer that ties everything together. A coarse mustard—brightened with parsley and a whisper of lemon zest—cuts through the richness and wakes up every bite.
