With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I am sure you are planning and prepping for the BIG day. And also trying to find ways to reinvent your leftovers. Well, here is a Thanksgiving grilled cheese sandwich that will do the job.

Turkey Grilled Cheese

 4 oz Turkeysliced on the thick side
 ½ cup stuffing
 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
 2 slices bread
 2 tbsp butter
 2 slices cheddar cheese

Heat skillet to medium heat.

Meanwhile, prepare the sandwiches by spreading butter one side of each slice of bread

Top with cheese, turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and another slice of cheese and the top piece of bread

Place the sandwiches with the butter side down onto the skillet.

Cook until golden brown on the first side, about 2 minutes being careful not to burn, and flip to brown the other side.

When both sides are browned and cheese is fully melted, remove the sandwiches from the skillet and ENJOY!
