LOADED NACHO GRILLED CHEESE

Yields1 ServingDifficultyIntermediateTotal Time20 mins

This isn’t just a sandwich—it’s a tailgate party between two slices of golden, buttery sourdough. Inside, seasoned ground beef sizzles with taco spices, layered with molten Tex-Mex cheese, black beans, and fire-roasted jalapeños. A swipe of tangy salsa meets a dollop of cool sour cream, while crushed nacho-flavored Doritos add a rebellious crunch. Avocado slices and a sprinkle of green onion and cilantro bring balance to the bold. It’s messy, melty, and magnificently over the top—nachos and grilled cheese, finally living their best life together.
