Sweet meets savory in this indulgent twist on a classic comfort food. The cranberry, brie, and prosciutto grilled cheese is a symphony of textures and flavors:
Creamy brie melts into luscious ribbons, its buttery richness wrapping every bite in decadence.
Tart cranberry sauce adds a jewel-toned burst of brightness, cutting through the richness with a tangy kiss of fruit.
Thinly sliced prosciutto brings a salty, delicate crispness, its umami depth elevating the sandwich to gourmet status.
All of it is nestled between golden, crackling slices of artisan bread—grilled to perfection with just enough butter to make it sing.
It’s festive, elegant, and utterly crave-worthy—like a holiday party tucked between two slices of bread.
Heat a large pan or griddle over medium-heat.
Place bread on a clean surface, then spread one tablespoon of jam onto each slice of bread. Layer 1/2 of the cheese on one side, and 1/2 of the prosciutto on the other side; repeating for all the slices of bread.
Spread each side of bread with one tablespoon of butter, then place sandwich in the prepared pan and grill on each side for about 3 minutes each, or until the bread has thoroughly crisped and the cheese has begun to melt.
